These 1.5 pound 12" tall traffic cones manufactured from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) have high visibility under all weather conditions. Great for parking lots or private events, these rugged cones radiate brilliant fluorescent pigmentation. The cones are maintenance free and available with special stenciling that can be applied under the outer orange layer of the cone where it cannot be removed yet remains easily viewable. These cones are not legal on roadways for traffic control. Made in the USA.
