When we sat down to design and manufacture 12” x 72” Oversize Load / Wide Load banners, we asked ourselves, "Why just have banners with grommets”? Meant for the trucker who is moving an Oversize Load or Wide Load and needs a tough and rugged double sided banner. Our 12” X 72” OVERSIZE LOAD/WIDE LOAD banner with bungees start with a heavy 13 oz. safety yellow vinyl material and laminate it to a 9 x 9 polyester scrim. We then put two heavy duty 3/8" bungee cords on either end, which provides 4 attaching hooks at the corners. Our material is first sewn around the bungee cord, then we sew on a heavy extruded vinyl welting over the end. This prevents the bungee and the banner from coming apart. The 10” black lettering printed on a safety yellow background. Our bungee banners can last thousands of miles on the road. Made in the USA Bigger. Stronger. Safer. Ms. Carita SafeTruck.
