Slow-Moving Vehicle (SMV) Emblems are required for all heavy equipment, farm machinery, forklifts, and horse drawn buggies when used on public roads and highways. The center triangle is fluorescent orange for daytime visibility and has a high intensity red reflective border for night visibility.
